The Bach Flower Remedies are flower-based essences that offer gentle support for the mental and emotional body. They were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s. Dr. Bach was an esteemed medical doctor and a homeopathic physician. His work centered around the belief that our emotional well-being is the foundation for our physical health.

Today, we know there is a high correlation between physical and emotional health. Scientific research is now proving the reality that our physical health is highly correlated to our emotional and mental health.
In metaphysical terms ~ our physical body is the densest manifestation of our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.

In total, there are 38 essences, each of which relates to specific emotional states. Just a few drops taken several times daily can help restore mental and emotional imbalances within your system.
